Q: How do I enroll in a program at ITB College?
A: To enroll, complete and sign the ITB College Enrolment Contract, meet the admission requirements, and be at least 18 years old. You’ll receive a copy of the contract after signing.
Q: What language are courses offered in?
A: All courses are delivered in English through online/virtual classes.
Q: What is the attendance policy for virtual classes?
A: Students are expected to attend all classes on time. Instructors may deny entry to latecomers until a break. Repeated absences can result in dismissal.
Q: What if I need to miss a class?
A: Please notify ITB College in advance if you will be absent from a class.
Q: Can I get a refund if I withdraw from a program?
A:
• Full Refund: Available if you cancel within 14 days of signing the contract or if ITB College discontinues the program.
• Partial Refund (50%): Available if you cancel after 14 days but before the program begins.
• No Refunds: Withdrawals or expulsions after 14 days from the start of the program do not qualify for refunds.
Q: Will I be charged for books or equipment if I withdraw?
A: Yes, ITB College may charge you for any books or equipment that have been issued.
Q: How are exams conducted?
A: Exams are conducted according to the course plan. Follow all instructions, including switching off electronic devices during exams. Grades are typically provided within 4 weeks.
Q: Can I rewrite an exam if I don’t pass?
A: Yes, you may rewrite an exam once for a €75.00 fee. If you fail again, you may retake the course at a 50% tuition discount.
Q: What if I miss an exam?
A: Missing an exam will be marked as a "Fail" and counted as an attempt. You may contact ITB College to discuss options.
Q: What is the passing grade?
A: A passing grade is 60%, based on the following breakdown:
• Final Exam: 60%
• Attendance: 10%
• Projects/Assignments: 20%
• Quizzes/Case Studies: 10%
Q: What happens if I don’t pass a course?
A: Students who score below 60% may either rewrite the exam (fee €75.00) or retake the course at a 50% discount on tuition.
